- 4 3/8" x 3 1/2" Vaccination Card Sleeve. Front panel is recessed 1/4" for easy insertion and removal of card. Both panels are available for your imprint. Upon request, we can add stock "I got my Covid-19 vaccine!" to either panel for FREE. Holds any 4" x 3" card.
