3 5/8" x 3 3/4" 3-panel card holder with 1 1/4" unglued center pocket. Standard slit holds a 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" card. Upon request, panel that folds to inside can be changed to a perf-off panel to create coupon offers, etc. Minimum Quantity:
