- 4 1/2" x 9" Policy Sleeve with thumb notch opening. A favorite with insurance companies! Custom design each panel with your own art. Holds 8.5" x 11" tri-fold pages.

- Four color process digital print in any location on the front and back panels. Logos, line copy and photos cannot exceed 50% coverage of the surface area. Avoid registering copy to scores. Digital printing will not match other offset printed pieces.
- Follow art guidelines and submit art on template.
- 80# Uncoated Smooth White or 100# Gloss Cover.
