Right to Promote The plant reserves the right to use all products produced by the plant in the plant's advertising, promotional literature, displays, and sample programs unless instructed otherwise in writing by the dealer at the time the order is placed. In addition, the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against the manufacturer for patent or copyright infringements.
